NORMALLY I WOULDN’T really wear leather on vacation but since it’s may and not really that hot this outfit was perfect for a day out shopping. It’s very rare that I impulse buy anything unless it’s a real find. That’s why I mostly shop online. But I did find the most perfect wedge sandals in black and gold from a spanish brand. I adore spanish brands and the little boutique stores here. If I still think about them in 3 days I’m getting them!
I Was planning on going home within the next couple of days but my other sister and niece is coming here too so I’m staying a couple of more days before going back home to my boyfriend.
A TREND I really like at the moment are pearls. I could wear pearls everything and on everything. I could wear pearl bejeweled shoes, clothes, bags I could even have pearl eyelashes if it existed. That is how much I like it. I paired some pearls the other day with an all white outfit – all from Zara. Even though the outfit is from Zara I still consider it very classy and everything is under 100€!
Really love the jacket which has a very lovely feminine and flattering shape. And the shorts are a very good basic piece and goes with almost everything so I got them in black as well. But those of you who know me, you know that I can’t wear fast fashion accessories so I still had my YSL shades and Nicholas sandals on.

IT IS ALWAYS a good idea to invest in some single piece outfits. Like a jumpsuit or a dress. I very often hear people say they never buy dresses or jumpsuits because you can’t wear it that often and the combinations in which way you’ll wear it is limited. Although that is true I am still all for buying single piece outfits. Because of these reasons:
1. First, a two pieced outfit (like a skirt and a top) almost never look as good as a nice dress does.
2. When you only have two pieced things in your wardrobe it makes it that much more difficult to get dressed. I don’t know how many HOURS I can spend in front of the mirror trying on different tops to match my skirt. That kind of panic is not what you want on a job interview or a first date. When you have a nice dress or a jumpsuit that fits you perfectly – you just put it on and your done. Trust me you NEED those pieces.
3. And also, it is actually quite hard to find a top that match your skirt perfectly unless it’s from the same collection. You almost always end up wearing the same outfit combination anyway. Or the worst – when you buy a nice skirt that you never wear because you STILL (like 2 years later) haven’t found the perfect top to wear it with. That has happened to me so many times.
